We are so very excited to announce our 3rd Annual Upward Summer Basketball Camp.  This year it will be held inside and outside at Washtenaw Christian Academy August 6th through the 10th, 2012 from 9 am until Noon.  

Washtenaw Christian Academy is located at 7200 Moon Road in Saline.  A google map can be found here.  

Every child is placed on a team and every team rotates between various skill building stations with a scrimmage toward the end of each session.  We have inspirational guest speakers and we will celebrate the end of a phenomenal camp week with a family picnic after camp on Friday the 10th.   

WE REALLY NEED YOU!!  In order for us to have this amazing camp, we really need support and leadership.  This year we would like to fill a core summer camp leadership team of 4-5 people who can help manage our volunteers, work on logistics and help us plan the camp in general.  We are also looking for coaches and station leaders.  Please note that this camp is set up differently than our season in that a coach simply manages and mentors the team while station leaders do skill building and teaching.  We also need help with set up that can be done in the early morning (on your way into work).
